As of 25th November 2025, the Pt Arkwright Transmitter is experiencing issues and is currently down. This outage affects all houses connected to this transmitter, leading to disruptions in TV reception. We understand this situation is frustrating and inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
Important Instructions:
- Do Not Retune Your TV: Retuning your TV while the transmitter is down can cause further issues. Please wait for the transmitter to come back online.
- Automatic Restoration: The channels will automatically come back online once the transmitter is fixed. There’s no need for manual intervention.
- Post-Fix Assistance: If you are still experiencing issues after the 26th, please contact Brocky’s TV for onsite assistance.
Areas affected: Buderim, Kuluin, Bli Bli, Coolum, Peregian, Alexandra Headlands, Mudjimba, Marcoola, Maroochydore and Maroochy River (amongst others).
