No. This service is specifically for people who already have a TV and other devices we’re reorganising and simplifying what you’ve already got, not selling or installing new hardware.
How long does a typical setup take?
Most homes take one visit, usually between 1–2 hours depending on how many devices are involved. We won’t leave until everything is working and you’re comfortable using it.
Can you fix a system with multiple remotes?
Yes, this is one of the most common things we sort out. Where possible we consolidate everything into a single remote or a simple universal setup so you’re not switching between three or four just to watch TV.
What if my Smart TV apps keep logging me out or won't load?
We check your Wi-Fi connection, update your apps, and log everything back in properly. If it’s a connectivity issue, we can also look at your home Wi-Fi setup while we’re there.
