It amuses me to hear lazy customer service businesses complain about how tough it is. The answer is so simple – just provide the expected level of customer service (or better)! We have just redesigned the lounge room and Luke from Brockys organised a complete setup of all our media gear and rewiring of system. Luke is a professional and polite technician & not only did he organise our sound sytem he tagged and labelled all the chords in the back of the system as well for easy identification. Brockys Tv Installations is professional, polite to deal with and Luke the technician is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and well organised. We just wanted to let you know that we were delighted with the level of service we got from Luke and Cale when they came to our place. Luke was very methodical in his approach to diagnosing our TV reception problem, made recommendations and gave us a precise costing. Cale showed me how to use the HD recorder that he installed and tuned for us, instruction books can be so confusing. In the course of attending to our reception woes they had to move the piece of furniture that the TV sits on and took care not to make any scuffs on the polished boards (very much appreciated!). Both of these young men were professional and polite and are an asset to your business.

It’s the second time I’ve used your services and I’ve been happy each time. As an oldie and a total wood duck when it comes to anything automated, I appreciate your business ideal/attention to the older ones amongst us. Your technician Roger, was polite, understanding and informative. I consider him a fine Brocky’s representative of what you state on 4CRB radio. Roger saved me the usual embarrassment of calling my son in England, to ask how to drive the new set. He also suggested I get an updated set top box from Austar/Foxtel, to take advantage of the new Philips TV and once I have that organised, I’ll call and arrange my next lesson.
