Today or tomorrow is our aim. When we are busy we work through the list in order of bookings, but there is often time for another job between bookings depending on where you live and when you call. For fastest response, please call 1800 588 688.
What does the $350 troubleshoot include?
The $350 covers the service call, labour, and minor parts.
It includes up to one hour onsite.
It is designed to fix non-major issues fast.
What problems can you usually fix on the first visit?
Most first-visit fixes are simple, but important.
Common wins are wall plate repairs, cable faults, and old/poor fittings.
We also fix splitter issues, tuning problems, and antenna alignment.
If roof work is needed, we handle that too.
Why does my TV reception fluctuate?
Digital TV has a cut-off point.
If your signal is too close to that level, it will drop out.
Weather and temperature shifts can push it below the minimum.
Even a small improvement often makes it stable again.
I have a very high pole. Do I still need it that high?
Not always.
Older systems often chased distant transmitters like Brisbane.
On the Sunshine Coast, newer transmitters have changed the game.
In many homes, we can reduce pole height safely by redirecting to closer transmitter.
It often looks cleaner and still performs better.
What warranty do you provide?

We test, retune, and stabilise the system properly.
